Well obviously you can just uninstall ut and reinstall it without the 2nd cd. OR you can use http://members.shaw.ca/kalanh/s3fix.exe just download and run it in your textures folder (YMMV)

There is a patch you can run to "Fix" the textures or if you install the s3tc textures on the server I 've heard that fixed it. I'd talk to anti.

but has the qoou server been fixed when some players are frozen for some unkown reason on some maps? I think that had to do with the high-resolution textures that some people had installed.
