{qoou} Site Update

Hey all, we've got a few site updates:
1) I did a fresh install of phpbb onto a new part of the server. Most of you won't even notice the change but this should allow for increased functionality.
2) Email forwarding: I have email forwarding set up now for qoou.com. Meaning, if any of you would like to be able to display yourname(at)qoou.com as your email address, I can set it up so that it forwards that email to your regular email address. Just PM me with the name @ qoou.com that you want, and the address that you'd like it forwarded to, and I can set it up.
3) Live bookmarking. For those of you using firefox or other browser that support it, you can now add a live bookmark for qoou.com by clicking the
image in your address bar.
4) Links under the forums. I'm sure you've noticed but I'm experimenting with having topic-related links underneath forum descriptions. So for example, the clan server forum has these links "Play The Server (opens UT) | Donate To The Server | Server Stats".
5) A bunch of admin-stuff.
Stuff to come...
1) A new redesigned front page.
2) A downloads center where we'll host maps and mods up for download.
3) Clan Server statistics.
4) Player profiles
5) The photo gallery.
I pretty much just need to get imagemagik on my server for this to get up and running, but doing that will be a pain in the ass.

Capt,
I saw that the Main [qoou] page was down last night and figured you were up to something.
Also is there a link from the Forums back to the Main Page or am I just missing it?
I PM'd you the script(s) info for the Server Status page.
For those interested here is a sorta sneak preview of the Server Status page.

I say sorta because with the script(s) it can inserted into a Main Page along with other content. I'm working on getting screenies for every map on the server for both a Server Status page and UTStats.

If anyone has any ideas for a front page, flash animation or a still picture, please let me know. I've attempted some original designs but they all turned out kind of lame

Seems like we've got a few people working on front page designs. Maybe we should have a front page design contest.
Or I could make a script to show a random front page each time it's loaded.
Or we could do both.
Or neither.

There is on the template I'm using. (BBTech)
SubBlack and Athena don't, but this would be an easy fix.

The {qoou} Download Area is up and is mostly done. (A few things left to add) I kept with the Black/Orange Theme.
I also put up a link to a Server Donation Fund page. I'll update as donations come in, and server payments go out.
Any one have Maps, Mods, Muts, Skins, Voicepacks, Utilities, etc... they would like to see added, PM or email the info.

I changed the {qoou} logo to link to the front page, and also added a link to the downloads page in the links area at the top of the page on subBlack.

O'Yeah looks good.
What font are you using for the qoou logo? I think everytime I do a Flash movie I use a different font.

Here's my submission for a {qoou} Home Page.
I still have some tweaking left to do. (Never Happy

I combined all the nifty links that Cap't has on the Main Page and Forums to put it on an easy to use/find frontpage.
The Server Status page works but I just discovered all the map screenies I made at 256X256 now need to be 192X192 so if you don't see a Mappic thats whats going on. <-- Next project
To test it, join the server and change the map to Frigate then look at the Server Status Page, that's how they will all look soon.
Anyone working on a Main Page that needs or wants the scripts for the Server Status page let me know. (I got rid of the error line Cap't)
Give it a look.
