Forum post time thing...

The amount between post times is really starting to tick me off... it was put in place because of spammmaars but I don't think that's a problem anymore... it's just really annoying to make a post in one forum then come to another forum, go to make a post and find out I have to wait another 15 seconds... idk how long the time between posts is set to now but would someone please reduce it to something a bit more reasonable thanks
