Since the UT player formerly known as Cap't Oblivious has changed his name and avatar, it seems like a good time to change the {qoou} CTF flag designs. yeah we may not play CTF everyday but it nice to have our flags.

The red and blue do not have to be the same, meaning each can be a different design. Everybody knows how paint programs work, give it a try.
