Ideas for the server

I wanted to create a thread where everyone can post some ideas you may have for the server. I already have taken into account the 5 cap limit for CTF. Some other things we should discuss is a refined AS map list. Any maps anyone would like to see stay or go etc. that goes for all the gametypes, DM, CTF, AS, if there is a map someone would like to see on the server please post it here with link if its not easy to find. so yeah, just post any ideas regarding these issues or any other issues you may have, thnx

Better CTF would be cool... 8)

If you could install SmartCTF that would be awesome. ;) It's kind of like League Assault for CTF.

Yeah, I would recommend Smart CTF as well.

I suggest we host name ban anyone from Philadelphia as well.

a couple of ideas:
1. i would like to see team info on the left side of the screen (like other AS servers have). knowing where your teammates are and how much health/ammo they have is good info IMO.

2. also what about using a sound when we shoot someone, that way i still know where they are when theyre lagging real bad.

Good ideas, weed. I too would like to see the LeagueAS team info on the left side... but since we have the ability to have 8 per team I don't think it can display all the members.

As for hit sounds, I like them - it's nice to know when you're connecting and that really helps judge the other player's health. However, league servers don't have hitsounds and I've also found it nice playing on servers without hitsounds. Makes it a little challenging - either way it's good in my opinion :)

I say nay to the hit sounds. If I'm hiding somewhere or someone's spamming but can't see me and hits me, I dont want them to know I'm there and the hit sounds give it away. Plus that sound always annoyed me on dog. :P

Yes to the player info though. :thumbup2:

so is there anyway to fix the player info mod to show all 8 of our teammates when the server is full?

meh, for what? so we can keep track of pointless numbers? :P

P.S. the stats are 100% functional on the server its just that i disabled them because they are retawded. :P

Well SK im not sure if it has been done yet but you can delete AS JAILBREAK..since CO put is stong opinion into it :D

I also say no to the hit sounds. Like CO said, it makes it a little easier to sneak around without them.

I remmember a excelent map, but i dont remmember the name of the map :(

but the last objetive is in a ROMAN CITY and you have to enter to a building and free a Dinosaur from a cage. And one of the first objetives is kill a Nali Warrior in a coliseum. :P that is a great map, is so great than i dont remmember the name :wink:

Could be interesting and maybe ALUcinating choose diferent skins. or something we could chage in a standart map.

BTW, nice score :twisted: Go Alu Go go go !!!

It was called Gladiator or something along the lines of that. I always thought it was too big though :P
