I opened up my list of UT console commands and came across one that just used up about an hour of my time 
If you type "playersonly" into the console it stops everything in the practice session except you (although you can't switch weapons), sounds, and the initial shot of every weapon. So that means that if I fire the ripper, there will be a ripper blade. It just won't move until you retype playersonly.
You can get some pretty nice screen shots by doing this:
You can still combo shock balls too
I put about 50 rockets behind the bot
