Xbox 360... to sell or to use
Sooo Amazon had a limited time offer for Xbox 360s that went on sale for $100 (only 1000 units) so I was at work and it was slow and I refreshed like a mad man and I got one!
Now I need to decide whether to keep it or sell it...any opinions?

It's basically a bare bones Xbox 360 but still $199 off the regular price
FYI it was sold out after about 1-2 minutes and the site had multiple timeouts when I tried to load it.. so all I have to say to those that DIDN'T get one. DENIED!

Congrats den!
I didn't want an xbox, but I figured I'd try and order one anyway because hey it's 100 bucks. It took me 11 minutes to get any page at all to load on Amazon, so tragically I was one of the many who were denied. How you or anyone else got through is a mystery to me, but that kicks ass that you did.
If I were you, I'd put it up on eBay and make an easy $150 - $200 after expenses on it. Oh, and then you can use that money to buy a Wii.

Yeah actually I Was at work: http://speakeasy.net and I had two page timeouts when trying to refresh but the 3rd one went through.
Plus we route through the Westin where most major companies internet traffic is routed through in Seattle so I bet I had an unfair advantage.

Agreed. Hey Rickshaw, wanna come to a Wii party at my house? I don't exactly *have* one yet, but we can use the power of our own minds and imagine one. It'll be sorta like that scene in Hook when the kids don't exactly *have* any food, so they just imagine it to be there, but when they do, the food just looks like multicolored vomit, so they get into a big *imaginary* food fight with it, and when it's over they all act like they're *so* full, but really they're crying on the inside because they haven't eaten anything in weeks and they'll probably die soon from pirates, even though the pirates aren't even real, they're just a hallucination brought on by starvation, and they'll actually be dying from hunger. Also they're not kids, they're 40 year old homeless men who refuse to grow up.Rickshaw wrote:The Wii is where it's at anywaysCaptain_Obvious wrote:Congrats den!
