New policy in place for Assault Box and Gamebox servers

Summary: Starting shortly, sniping from the f'ng boat on Overload is going to be a ban offense.

Details:
I'm now in the early stages (read: nothing has been done) of negotiating a rules change with the admins of TAB and TG.N's UT assault servers. My agressive negotiations (read: bribes) have won them over to this point (read: until the checks bounce).

The check was returned stamped "Insuffcient Funds", maybe a Visa, Discovery card?

I agree. If ppl can snipe from the gun torrent u should be able to snipe from the boat
