Ahh I thought I have tried to climb onto that gate but never succeded...I didnt know there was a bio rifle in oceanfloor...I dont recall seeing anyone ever using it either. I hate that level btw

The best thing to do if you want to search for items/hidden things is to go around in single player and use the "ghost" cheat code. It's how I randomly found the shield in Desertstorm and how I found the second gun cavern in Overlord. There are a lot of really odd things you can find doing that and once in a while you'll stumble across something you didn't know was there.

Open a map in UnrealEd and find even more things out.
Just be sure *NOT* to save it with the real name if you modify it.

When Chuck Norris saves a map that he's modified, all the UT servers of the world replace their original map with the modified one.
