Sorry I'm a bit late. It's a big hunk of meat on a rotisserie and when the outside is cooked it gets shaved off in thin pieces. The pieces are then used in things like donairs/gyros which are extremely tasty.
We were somewhere around Barstow on the edge of the desert when the drugs began to take hold. I remember saying something like “I feel a bit lightheaded; maybe you should drive…†And suddenly there was a terrible roar all around us and the sky was full of what looked like huge bats, all swooping and screeching and diving around the car, which was going about a hundred miles an hour with the top down to Las Vegas. And a voice was screaming: “Holy Jesus! What are these goddamn animals?â€

Falafals are yummy too but a vegetarian version of the donair/gyro.

People have been talking about me I see! My daughter is a lacto-ovo vegetarian that also eats fish. I'm the same when I'm at home but if I'm visiting people's houses for dinner I'll eat some meat/chicken. I'd say about 90% of the time I'm a vegetarian so I eat way less animal products than most.
Oh, we also don't even eat that much dairy since we are lactose intolerant.

We still eat some dairy since we can just take lactaid pills. I couldn't live without cheese.
