Check out this popular new site that I found posted onto the main page of flickr.

They offer photo-related services just as we do with our (currently offline) "gallery", and their name is almost identical to ours. (I mean the 'u' key is practically right next to the 'p' key.) Which means... they're totally infringing on our qoou trademark!!!

So, how much should we sue these guys for?

They're creating brand confusion!!!
