oh no wont go

I'm having issues with my mouse. I tried switching mice, same problem, when i enter an UT game the screen looks down at the ground, i move my mouse to look up and it scrolls back down to the ground. Anyone had this problem, is it my mouse? a stuck key? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...

My optical mouse just goes nuts at times, spins my view around as though I'm in a tornado. Only way I know to stop it (temp) is to lift the mouse off the pad then regain your senses of where your at. Really sucks in a fire fight.
