Is P2P ilegal where you live?

Weeks ago i heared from news (yes, Alucard see NEWS sometimes), that ppl has been arrested for use programs like Bittorrent, Emule, WinMX .....etc.
Is this true? you feel FEAR about use one of this programs?

Well I can't speak for other countries, but in the US, there is nothing illegal or wrong with using P2P clients. What is illegal is downloading music, movie, etc... files that you don't already legally own or have the right to use. (not that that stops most people from downloading them anyway)
