We really should specify the rules before an incident like this happens, but I really strongly believe that on someone's 2nd or 3rd poll, the winning vote needs to be higher than 50%. This is just because if the first and 2nd time didnt work out, there are obviously some strong feelings about this by other members of the clan, and because the clan is taking a risk by letting the potential member (who has already screwed up once) back in.

If there's anyone who was let in without a poll (the vast majority of these people were let in before we started having polls) and who feels cheated as a result, I'd be happy to create a poll for you to decide whether the clan wants you to be a member.

Obviously it's a little unorthodox to have three polls going for the same person and with the circumstances which took place I think even getting a third poll is pretty rediculous, even though the people that wanted me in didn't vote in the 2nd poll... Thanks
