how to toss armor and belt?

ok so i know how to toss my weapon but how about armor (leg and chest) or the shieldbelt? i'm tired of not being able to help out my team when i have a powerup and someone needs one more than me.

Mine: End=Teamsay %ARMOUR% Armor Thrown, %NEARESTTEAMMATE% |ThrowArmour
### Armor Thrown, ThatGuyNearYou
If you have remnants of other armor you can throw that.
ex. If you have 75 armor 50 from pads and 25 from armor you can throw one ore both of them.

When I have too much armor, I just hammer jump up and down until it's gone.

Screw teammates! I shoot myself with rockets just in case I accidentally type "throwarmor" into the console and some armor-hording bastard teammate comes by and picks it up.
