Cyclops

Ok, Cyclops has been annoying me for weeks about this, so I'm putting it to a vote. He originally posted here under the username "Spykids". He lives in Singapore and gets horrible ping. (usually 400+) Originally he told me he was 8 years old, though when I asked him today he said he was 18, followed by "i must be 11+". His picture in MSN looks like he's about 6 years old.
He plays UT like a newbie that has played the maps a lot. I think it's pretty Obvious what my opinion is, but I'm putting it to a vote. You get to decide who joins your clan.
