Basically Turbo_asswhup asked us if he could join back in December, but we never really did anything about it:

I've talked with Turbo some, and he seems like a good guy. He's in Houston Texas. Should we invite him into {qoou}?
Yes = Invite Turbo To Join {qoou}
No = Don't Invite Turbo Into {qoou}
