weeellll due to the fact that the boot on a car is a 5 inch wide rubber casing which sits on a half-shaft i doubt it will fit.much like LD's dongbut i could work somthing out

the "boot" of a car in car terms refers to the CV Boot(or consatant velocity boot). it connects the drive shaft to the transmission/transaxle output shaft to the wheel.
