I assume he's talking about a program that identifies and allows you to change values in your system memory. There was a program on my mac long ago that did this, and it looks like the program "ArtMoney" is the same thing.DOS_Junkie wrote:"artmoneyed"?
Basically, if you're playing a game, and you have 400 gold, these programs will search your memory for all of the items that have the value "400".
Now let's say you pick up 5 more gold. The value in your memory will have changed to 405. So next you would search through the values that had originally been 400 for items that are now at 405.
Generally there is only one value that matches both these terms, and when you change it from 405 to 999999 (or whatever) you'd now have 999999 gold in the game you're playing instead of 405.
