The bottom line is, you don't have to dedicate your "life" to be good at ut, you just have to have some intelligence and play around people that are a lot better than you are. That's the reason why all of you here are no good, you only play with your fellow noobs. I bet if any of you played in #naat three or four times a week, you'd more than double your skill level in mere months.
