if i were to get a personalized plate i would rather it be: NOOB than QOOU

nah the system over here , it sees u go too fast , takes a picture (flash an all) sends it off to this place, then u get a ticket thru the post, but when u see the flash of the speed cam go off , u know ur screwed

They used to have photo radar here. Now they just have red light cameras that will catch cars that run reds which is great IMO.
The trick for photo radar is that in order for the photo to be accurate it can't have any other car in the picture with you otherwise you can claim that it was actually sensing that car's speed. So always drive with the flow of traffic!
