"The chase ended when officers surrounded the vehicle and opened fire. The driver, 44-year-old Winston Hayes, was hit four times but survived."

120 bullets fired and he was only hit 4 times?! Not only does this show police brutality since he was unarmed but it's quite embarrassing. Maybe they should start playing UT to improve their aim.

These people really need to be trained properly!

I can understand shooting out his windows n' shit, but once you get up close, you're supposed to blind him with mase and then beat him with your night-sticks.

Maybe pick up a rock and bust his ankle before handcuffing it to a sign and running over him with your 20,000 lbs. SUV.
