*** Edited ***

You might have to clear your cache if you d/l'd from server (and it doesn't work) or delete the map, textures, music (if you downloaded and installed)

I have no idea why Rickshaw can't download from server, but the links below changed for the 2 maps I remember him having problems with.

*** End Edit ***

Rickshaw said he was having problems d/ling the new Strangelove CTF maps, here's some link. Hopefully this will help.

Very much appreciated de :D

It would D/L at 0.3 kb/s and at around 20 % it would just stop. After about 10 seconds of inactive downloading, UT would crash with an "Assertion Failed" error :?

But thanks for the manual downloads :D

After clearing my cache, I was only able to download a few of the server files. Now I'm stuck on SLV2models with the same problem as above :(

I tried downloading the files from other sites but most of them are around 3 years old with broken links  :P

de you need to add the s3tc textures to your server. People that have them installed are frozen on a ton of maps because the files are missing.

Whats this do for the ppl still using D3D? I thought the Hi-Res textures were for OpenGL comaptible cards. According to the server logs there are quite a few ppl who connect with D3D.

Is this the source of the infamous "wtf i can't move" complaint in some maps?

If there is no problems with D3D cards, I don't have a problem putting them on the server.
