You right, here you can see easily ppl 13 and 20 yrs old relationsips, here doesnt matter. The most of the 14 and 15 yrs old looks like 20, the only thing ilegal is if the girl (underage) dont want to BE with the boyfriend, that s ilegal. I will give you a example, in colombia i knew a 19 yrs old, and she told me that she and her sister (13 yrs) go weekends to a "DISCOTECA" (place where ppl drink and dance) and the only condition for NO ENTRY its have a gun o a knife, here in venezuela a underage (18 yrs) CANT enter in a DISCOTECA for obviously reasons.
I will give you other example how is venezuela laws, i need renew mi dirver licence, i have 2 options: 1.- Go to the Traffic Office, do a test drive write, Other test driving a car, and give them a MEdical Examn where says im ok. 2.- Pay 200$ for the driver licence (talking with one Traffic officer outside) and in 15 days i will have my new licence, the 200$ include all 3 test, i mean, you can be absolutly BLIND, if you pay 200$ you can have a driver licence. The 98.7 % of the ppl pay because is easy and fast.
